100% Belizean Cacao Butter
Our virgin Belizean cacao powder first starts with our hand-selected 100% Belizean premium Trinitario cacao beans. Our premium cacao beans come from Peini Cacao, our sister company, where they are sustainably produced and centrally processed right here in Southern Belize.
From these hand selected, roasted and winnowed cacao beans we produce our Mahogany Chocolate Cacao Nibs and Mahogany Chocolate Cacao Liquor.
To produce our virgin Belizean cacao powder, Mahogany Chocolate cacao liquor is pressed to extract cacao butter through a cold press method – separating pure cocoa fat from the cacao solids.
The cacao solids are thereafter pulverized to make our rich Mahogany Chocolate Cacao Powder.
